This is a demonstration page

This is not yet the official site of [Denominação social a indicar]. It was built by Simão Dev Studio, Lda. (NIPC 518 800 555), admin@devstudio.pt from public information, to show the business what is possible, and it is hosted at an address belonging to the studio. While that is the case, the controller is the studio and not the business.

During that time the server records that a page was opened: the date and time, the page, the country, the kind of device, the domain the link came from, and the code on the link we sent. There is no IP address, no browser identification and no tracking cookie. The basis is legitimate interest in business-to-business prospecting, and the rows are deleted after ninety days. When the site moves to the business’s own domain, this recording stops.

Also while this is a demonstration, the SMS booking message goes to the studio’s number and not to the business’s, so that no booking request reaches someone who has not hired us. If you write to us that way, we keep only what you send, and delete it on request. The telephone number shown on the site is the business’s own public number.

There are no forms and no accounts

This site has no forms, asks for no registration, and collects neither your name, your email nor your telephone number. Reading the pages leaves nothing with us.

The language you choose is remembered

The site answers in your browser’s language. If you use the link in the footer to change language, that choice is kept in a cookie belonging to this site so you need not repeat it. It does nothing else, it does not follow you to other sites, and being strictly necessary for the service you asked for it requires no consent (art. 5(3) of Lei 41/2004) — which is why you are not shown a cookie banner.

When you leave this site

Bookings are made through Fresha, a third-party service with its own privacy terms. The same goes for Google Maps, for social networks and for the Livro de Reclamações: from the moment you follow the link, your data is handled by whoever is on the other side.

Where the site runs

Pages are served by Cloudflare, Inc., acting as processor and handling the technical requests needed to deliver the site to you.

Your rights
